In 2002, Johnny Wilson partnered with David Harcrow to form Wil-Call Services, Ltd. a full service oil field construction company. Mr. Wilson and Mr. Harcrow have numerous years of experience in every aspect of the oilfield and construction industry.
With this experience, Wil-Call Services has grown into one of the leading oilfield and construction companies in the area. The supervisors at Wil-Call Services have over 100 years of combined experience in the oilfield industry available to our customers, as well as approximately 70 highly skilled and qualified employees, and a large fleet of heavy equipment. Our personnel continually analyze price and different components, materials and systems so that we may provide our customer with the most cost effective work. We also strive to develop and preserve long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs, creating cost effective and timely solutions, while maintaining our reputation of fairness and honesty.
At Wil-Call, we are committed to maintaining a safe work environment for our employees, our customers and others affected by our operations. We support employee safety through programs such as monthly safety meetings, as well as tailgate safety meetings. In addition, Wil-Call implements a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy, incentive compensation tied to safety performance, company-provided personal protective equipment, and regularly scheduled safety training sessions. Also, to keep Wil-Call in compliance with DOT regulations and our Drug and Alcohol Policy, we use DISA, Inc as administrator. DISA has created a company consortium pool to meet the annual random percentage required.
Wil-Call Services is a member of ISNetWorld (Safety Software Corporation) and PEC-Premier Safety Management, Inc. utilizing online compliance record keeping system. All of our incident statistics are listed on both of these web sites.
Wil-Call has been recognized with numerous awards including a Chevron Contractor award, as well as a Safety Awareness Award from Marathon Oil. Marathon Oil also recognized Wil-Call with their “Living Our Values Award Program” for HES and Contractor of the Year.
